La Bellezza Birmingham in Birmingham

"Me and my girlfriend visited La Bellezza last night to celebrate my birthday which was the day before. I can not fault this restaurant from the warm welcome of Arthur when we first walked in to the amazing and attentive service of our waiter Keanu. The whole evening was fantastic. The restaurant was very busy, but the atmosphere was relaxed. We sat on a very plush sofa, the tables where paced well apart. I had the Some Like It Hot pizza, which was packed with flavour, perfectly spicy without being overpowering, and cooked just right. My girlfriend is vegetarian and chose the Netflix and Chill pizza, which was equally impressive – fresh ingredients, generous toppings, and really enjoyable. As it was my birthday I opted for a desert I chose the Carpaccino di Ananas a pineapple and coconut crumble. It was delivered to my table with ‘Happy Birthday’ on the plate in chocolate source. Keanu and another waiter sang a short song to me. It was a lovely touch. You can tell real care goes into the food here, and it made for a brilliant evening. Easily one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality Italian food."

"Beautiful décor supporting the relaxed atmosphere. Had a DJ which was a nice touch but don't think necessary. Food was better than I had expected, as I had read some bad reviews. Our waiter was amazing, he knew the menu, could explain different options based on what we preferred. He definitely made the experience more personal. The tables are slightly too close to each other, our neighbours were served our food and we had to swap."

"I had an amazing experience at La Bellezza Birmingham. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the whole place feels so welcoming. A special thank you to Julian, who provided outstanding service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. He really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and looked after, which made the whole experience even better. The staff are professional, the service is smooth, and the overall vibe is just lovely. I couldn’t fault anything. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and brilliant service in Birmingham."

"I went here for my birthday meal around lunch time. I would recommend making a reservation just to be sure you get a table. The food was amazing especially the crispy potatoes side. I feel like the tables are tiny and you feel like you sat on top of the person next to you. The servers are lovely but asked about four different times wether we had any allergies which made me a bit concerned wether they’ve had an issue in the past but it’s of course best to be safe than sorry and I can understand why they’ve asked multiple times. The hostess was lovely when we arrived and the only staff member that looked like she enjoyed her job. It just would have been nice if they smiled and were more confident in themselves to create that connection with their customers. Other than that the atmosphere was stunning and the aesthetics was amazing to look at while enjoying my meal. Definitely instagram worthy It’s also a shame they don’t serve carbonara anymore."

"I visited around 4 o’clock, and it was fairly quiet, which created a really pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into how it’s been done. The tables are a little close together, but the food and service were both excellent. While it is slightly pricey for what you get, that’s understandable given the central Birmingham location, even if it still feels a bit on the steep side. Overall, the food was lovely, the service was very good, and I would happily return."

"Decided to try La Bellezza for a special occasion and I’m truly delighted that I did. From start to finish, the experience felt indulgent and memorable. The Mafaldine Al Tartufo was nothing short of spectacular, finished off in a cheese wheel in front of you, to complete it's utterly luxurious flavour. The desserts were equally impressive, beautifully presented and utterly decadent, while the drinks complemented the meal perfectly. An outstanding dining experience all round, and I’m already eagerly anticipating my next visit."

"Went as a group of 6 for lunch on a Saturday, we booked ahead. Food was lovely and spoilt for choice on what to have. Only thing is when we looked on the website beforehand the menu showed smaller dish options which is very traditional italian so we thought we'd have smaller pasta dishes and have pizza however when we got there there was zero reference to the smaller dishes on the menu, and when we asked we were told no. I mean we had the normal size dishes and ate everything anyway as we were a big group. But just a heads up for anyone looking online at the menu beforehand that the small plates aren't an option unfortunately."
